This Privacy Policy describes how Avalon Trading LLC ("Avalon Trading," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you visit avalontradingllc.com or use any related courses, video content, live sessions, community channels, emails, or other services we operate (collectively, the "Service"). It also describes the choices you have about how your information is used.
2. Information we collect
a) Information you provide directly
- Account & contact info — name, email address, and (where applicable) phone number when you sign up, contact us, or join our Discord community.
- Billing info — when you purchase a course or subscription, our payment processor collects your payment-card or other payment details. We receive a confirmation and limited payment metadata; we do not store full payment-card numbers on our systems.
- Community profile — your Discord username and any messages, posts, or content you submit in our community.
- Communications — content of emails, support tickets, and other messages you send us.
- Optional info — anything else you voluntarily share (e.g., responses to surveys, testimonials).
b) Information collected automatically
- Device & usage data — IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, language, referring URLs, time zone, and the date/time of your visit.
- Activity data — pages viewed, time spent, click events, scroll depth, and similar interactions with the Service.
- Cookies & similar technologies — see Section 5.
c) Information from third parties
- Payment processor — confirmation of successful payments, transaction IDs, and limited card metadata (e.g., last four digits, brand, expiry).
- Discord — your basic profile information when you join our server, governed by Discord's own terms.
- Analytics & advertising partners — aggregated insights about how visitors interact with the Service.
3. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
- Process payments and deliver course access;
- Send transactional communications (account updates, receipts, important notices);
- Send marketing communications about our content and offers (you can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email);
- Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support;
- Improve and personalize your experience;
- Analyze trends and usage to improve our content and Service;
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security issues, or technical problems;
- Enforce our Terms of Service and other agreements;
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal process.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:
- Service providers — third parties that help us operate the Service, such as payment processors, email service providers, hosting and infrastructure providers, analytics providers, customer-support tools, and the Discord platform. These providers are bound by contract to use your information only for the purposes we direct and to safeguard it consistent with this Policy.
- Legal & safety — when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with a law, regulation, or valid legal process; to enforce our Terms; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Avalon Trading, our users, or others; or to investigate fraud or other wrongdoing.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business. We will use reasonable efforts to ensure your information continues to be protected consistent with this Policy.
- With your consent — when you direct us to share information with a specific third party.
- Aggregated or de-identified data — we may share data that has been aggregated or stripped of personally identifying information for analytics, research, or marketing purposes.
5. Cookies & tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels, tags, and local storage) to operate the Service, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and (where applicable) deliver advertising. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent, but parts of the Service may not function properly without them.
Where required by law (for example, in the EU/UK), we will request your consent before placing non-essential cookies.
6. Analytics & advertising
We may use third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) and advertising partners to understand how users interact with the Service and to deliver relevant marketing. These tools may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your use of the Service over time and across other sites.
You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and you can typically opt out of personalized advertising via the controls offered by your operating system or browser.
7. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active, as necessary to provide the Service, and as required to comply with our legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
9. Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
- Request deletion of your personal information;
- Object to or restrict certain processing;

- Withdraw any consent you previously gave;

- Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email kbtradesnq@gmail.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.
10. California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), gives you specific rights regarding your personal information, including:
- The right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and (if applicable) sell or share;

11. EU/UK privacy rights
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have rights under the GDPR (or UK GDPR) including the rights set out in Section 9. The legal bases on which we process your personal data are:
- Performance of a contract — to provide you the Service you have purchased or signed up for;
- Legitimate interests — to operate, improve, and secure the Service, and to communicate with you about it;
- Consent — for marketing communications and non-essential cookies, where required;
- Legal obligation — to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
If you have a complaint, you have the right to lodge it with the data protection authority in your country.
12. Children's privacy
The Service is intended for adults aged 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will delete it. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at kbtradesnq@gmail.com.
13. International transfers
We are based in the United States and our service providers may be located in the United States or other countries. If you are located outside the United States, your personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries that may have different data-protection laws than your country of residence. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for international transfers.
14. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. The most current version will always be available on this page, with the "Last updated" date at the top. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Service or by other reasonable means.
