To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avalon Trading and its owners, affiliates, and employees shall not be held liable for any financial losses, trading losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from the use of any content provided. The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Avalon Trading from any claims, damages, or legal disputes.
6. Personal Responsibility
The User agrees that:
- They are fully responsible for their own trading decisions
- They will not rely solely on Avalon Trading content
- They will conduct their own independent research
7. No Refund Policy
All sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
8. Access & Conduct
Avalon Trading reserves the right to remove access to any services, including courses or Discord access, at its discretion for misconduct, abuse, or violations of terms. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
9. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Avalon Trading is the exclusive property of Avalon Trading and may not be copied, shared, distributed, or resold. Violations may result in termination of access and potential legal action.
10. Scammers, Impersonators & Third-Party Fraud
The User acknowledges that bad actors may attempt to impersonate Avalon Trading or its representatives on social media, messaging apps, or other channels.

- The official Discord server (linked from the website)
- The verified Instagram: @avalon_trading_llc
Avalon Trading will NEVER:
- Direct-message you first asking for money or "investment opportunities"
- Promise guaranteed returns or profits of any kind
- Ask you to send cryptocurrency, wire transfers, or gift cards
- Offer "managed accounts," signal services, or trade money on your behalf
- Solicit payment outside our official enrollment process at avalontradingllc.com
- Run giveaways requiring you to send funds to participate
The User agrees that Avalon Trading is not liable for any financial losses, scams, account compromises, identity theft, stolen funds, or any other damages arising from interactions with impersonators, fraudulent accounts, fake support staff, or any third-party communications outside our official channels. Verification of authenticity is the User's responsibility.
11. Agreement to Terms
By signing below, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this Agreement and accept all risks associated with trading.
This Agreement is governed by the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Disclosures of Avalon Trading LLC, all of which are incorporated by reference.
